Modern apartment over to levels with room for 11 people, ski in/ski out

Gneisveien 17 was completed in spring 2022 and is a spacious apartment with a very good standard. Here you can enjoy your skiing holiday with ski in/ski out in the ski lift that runs right outside the door. From the kitchen/living room there is a terrace, where you can drink your morning coffee with a view of beautiful mountain areas. In summer, it is only a short walk to one of Norway's most beautiful high-altitude golf courses, a short distance to cycle paths and a short drive to Hallingspranget, a spectacular 17km floating path for trail cycling. This, in addition to the immediate proximity to the base station in the alpine complex, and a short distance to great cross-country skiing trails in winter; means that this is a good starting point for a holiday with the whole family, regardless of the season.   The apartment has good ceiling height and is over two levels. Here you will find two 'zones', where on the 1st floor there is a dining room, kitchen and fireplace, while on the 2nd floor there is a closed, spacious TV room with a four-metre sofa. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor.   The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 on each floor: Bedroom 1 contains a family bunk with a 150 cm lower bunk and a 90 cm upper bunk, room for three adults. Bedroom 2 contains a continental bed with a width of 160 cm. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) contains a continental bed with a width of 180 cm. Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) contains a fantastic three-story family bunk with resp. 150 cm, 120 cm and 90 cm width, the children's favourite.   Good to know: Consumables such as matches, candles, coffee filters, toilet paper, soap etc. are not included and must be brought by the tenant. Own practical ski storage at the bottom of the stairs means that you don't have to carry the skis up to the apartment. There is an associated electric car charger. Electricity costs up to 60 kwh per day are included, consumption beyond this will be invoiced after the stay. Firewood is not included, beyond what is found in the apartment.
