Welcome to Gildeskål, perched atop the Bøgaset cabin area. This charming cottage, built in 1940 and later expanded and renovated, offers an authentic mountain experience with modern conveniences. With breathtaking views in every direction, including Nesfjellet Alpine Center, Gildeskål is the perfect place for your next relaxing mountain getaway. The cottage has retained its old-world charm, with beautiful timber walls creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Gildeskål boasts a large surrounding property with multiple seating areas, allowing you to enjoy the sun at all hours of the day. From the spacious terrace, you can relish the panoramic mountain views. You can put on your cross-country skis right outside the cottage and glide into the cross-country ski trail just 50 meters away. A short 10-minute drive will take you to the ski resort, which houses Scandinavia's coolest chairlift, among other amenities. During the summer, the same drive will lead you to one of Norway's finest high-altitude golf courses. The cottage offers immediate access to mountain biking trails, and a short drive will take you to Hallingspranget, a spectacular 17 km flow trail for mountain biking. This makes the cottage a great starting point for a family vacation, both in summer and winter. Langedrag is a 30-minute drive from the cottage, Bjørneparken in Flå is 45 minutes away, and Tropicana Water Park in Gol is 40 minutes away. The cottage is all on one level, with a separate dining room, kitchen, and fireplace lounge. There are two bathrooms, one of which features a cozy sauna. The cottage has 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 contains a double bed with a width of 180cm. Bedroom 2 contains a family bunk bed with a 120cm lower bunk and a 90cm upper bunk. Bedroom 3 contains a family bunk bed with a 120cm lower bunk and a 90cm upper bunk. Bedroom 4 contains two single beds with a width of 90cm. Good to know: Consumables such as matches, candles, coffee filters, toilet paper, soap, etc., are not included and must be brought by the tenant. There is an associated electric vehicle charger. Final cleaning is included in the price. Check-in is after 4 PM. Check-out is before 11 AM.
