In Kvitfjell and Gudbrandsdalen has to offer activities for kids and adults all summer. When the sun is shining and the kids are off from school just to go to Gudbrandsdalen. Here you will find all the kids coming Guaranteed to have fun and remember the summer with relish.
Take the kids to Hunderfossen. There are many fun activities and various events throughout the summer.
Adventure park opens May 25 and stay open until August. Not far from Hunderfossen lies Children's Farm, where you can greet a lot of different animals.
Another good activity for kids is a visit by Prøysenhuset which lies just north of Hamar. Here, activities take place throughout the year and children are among others the chance to sing in Prøysen velkente songs.
For you who love to enjoy nature and / or cultural features, then Gudbrandsdalen much to offer. For example. Venabu mile mountain exist some different walks which can be exciting and very beautiful areas. The tours go over the mountain to various klæfter, pitfalls, Sollia Church, and others.
During the summer there are daily mountain tours to many of the mountain peaks, including Galdhøpiggen and Glittertind.
In Ringebu is one of Norway's best preserved stave churches Ringebu Stave Church (A church built out of wood). It has roots from 1200-century and is worth visiting.
At Rudi Gard, located about 10 minutes north from Ringebu, activities take place throughout the summer. Experience Summer Revue.
In Gudbrandsdalen you will also find a pair of fine golf courses. In Kvitfjell find a 18 holes course with links characteristics and is open from mid May to late September.
Book hut at Kvitfjell and you can come to experiencing a lot of both summer and winter.
